1.8T Chip - APR or GIAC?

Just picked up a used Golf 1.8T to use as a daily driver. Have been looking at chip upgrades and was wondering what is the better choice, APR or GIAC?

They appear to offer similar power gains and cost about the same. Just wondering which has a better track record for delivering on their claims and for reliability.
