The celica you mean, that's a ST180 all trac, turbo. Those are real hard to get, they actually made very few of te carlos sainz edition. Its a heck of a nice car, wish I could get a hold of one of those!
And yes, its the 3s-gte engine, I also wish I could get one of those into my Carina.
