4dr GTS-T Skyline Progress

this is one out of 11 cars i got for x-mas

sorry i didnt start the progress sooner, i had been busy werkin on it, dont ask about the paint, my dumb self was painting in the super cold garage and was rushing the paint a lil bit so i wrinkled some, so i might strip it and start that over, but so far i have finished the interior and i just need to finish lowering the front...

that spot in the passenger seat is just where the light caught a scratch cause in the next pic its gone

sorry bout the picture quality, its 3am just about

Re: 4dr GTS-T Skyline Progress

Looks nice & clean, great choice of rims!! I think it would be a good idea of re-painting it.

Re: 4dr GTS-T Skyline Progress

those are the rims that came with it, i took these pics on the same day i painted it, i just waited till it was dry to the touch, so after a week, ima try to sand it smooth, but if it dont work then its back to the drawing board, does brake fluid strip duplicolor by the way?

Looks great! I used those wheels on my grocery getter accord, and yes I've used brake cleaner to strip duplicolor.

Is it your camera or do you have loads of orange peel on the car?

Re: 4dr GTS-T Skyline Progress

Nice start. One thing though, are the side skirts on the wrong way? Nice ride height. It's not actually that low from out of the box is it?

I used auto-zone DOT 4, DOT 3 works fine, but thats just what I had lying around from my last brake job. Just let it soak for about 45min-1 hour and use a old tooth brush to scrub it with, and the paint will fall right off. I believe there is a detailed step by step in the "how to" section so check it out before you start.
