Tamiya TS-76

I asked this question on an other thread, but it was a bit OT.

The new Tamiya Z Xanavi ask for Tamiya TS-76 color while the Tamiya R34 Xanavi ask for TS-17.

I plan to make both of them. What is this new TS76 color ? same as the TS-17 ? Both car should be the same color, so why a new color ? Tamiya Marketing trick again?

Re: Tamiya TS-76

The other Tamiya Mica colors have a certain metallic fleck/sheen to them, so maybe the Mica Silver is the same thing?

Re: Tamiya TS-76

yea but other Mica color are from base color (Mica blue, Mica Red)
Now they add flake to metalic color that aleady have them.

Just hope I don't need to buy both TS17 and TS76 just becose Mr. Tamiya changed the color of the decals to make us buy new paint again
