No heater...-14 degrees....please help
The heater (along with the AC & defrost) of my 2001 Caravan suddenly stopped working. When I turn the power on, no air comes out of the vents. I have checked the fuses and they're fine. This happened suddenly when the temperature outside took a huge drop. Not sure if it's related, but I have noticed water leaking on my front passenger floorboard periodically over the last year. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!

stgibbs, if the blower motor stopped working, with the switch in the on postion, bang the motor a couple of times. if that don't work it could be a bad motor or a bad relay or switch. as for the wet floor it could be a bad heater core, or the a/c moister outlet or a bad seal around the door. good luck.
