Escort Electrical Problems

I have a 1999 ford escort the brake lights and dash lights went out. we have checked all the fuses and they are all fine. Does anyone have an idea of what this problem could be?

Check the BCM that controls most of the body functions. Could have a loose connection or be going bad.
