Question Turbo Engine acquired

Hi, I'm not knowledgedable about the turbo Buicks. I read the FAQs. I acquired a Buick V6 Turbo engine several years ago. It seems to be intact including the computer. I have no idea what it came out of. Is there a registry where I can find out what the numbers tell me? How can I determine its worth as I would like to sell it. Thanks for any help or suggestions you can give.
