Windshield arm link
What's the best way to fix the wiper arm linkage?
It's the one under the cowling where the link connects on the windshield arms and the arm connected to the motor (right below the middle of the windshield). I would like to fix it myself but trying to find the right parts to do it with. Any ideas? Would it be cheaper to find a replacement part? Thanks for any ideas. |

Broken
It's broken - The linkage (ball joint) between the arm connected to the two wipers and the other arm connected to the wiper motor.
The bushings deteriorated - could be water damaged due to the grease got washed away and increased friction over time. I don't see it on the FSM at all. I'll check into a auto parts store if they have anything for it. |
