What was the procedure that Viperegg gave?

I have a 1999 T&C with a non-working speedometer. I need all the help I can get. Thanks

Try pulling and reseating the IOD fuse located in the power dist. center under the hood . The dashes get hung up and have to be reset on these sometimes .
