tranmission problem?

heres my problem i bought the car in january with the tranny off after the tranny got installed with a new clutch i gave the car to my brother a bigginer so i figured he fried the clutch so we changed it again and it did the same thing so i figured that my brother burned it again so i got pissed and made him pay for another clutch. now this is the 3rd clutch and again the car is acting up so i dont think is the clutch so here is what the car does tell me what else can be wrong:

if u put it in 1 gear and u let the clutch pedal go the gear doesnt kick in until the pedal is all the way up and it wont move unless u put a lot of gas.

when u accelerate the rpm's are high and the car is bearly moving

another thing is that in the first 3 gears u here this grinding sound that only goes away when u step on the clutch somethig like wooguwooguwoogu with a little grinding sound to it

i alread changed the fly wheel and the mechanic that changed the clutch said that its not the master cylinder and i also got a new slave cylinder so i dont get it. Is it the tranny or the deferencial or master cylinder im lost what is it please help

First thought to my mind would be: Is the clutch adjusted correctly? If it does not engage until the very last bit of pedal travel I would think it would indicate it is not fully engaged, meaning the disc is still slipping even while the pedal is completely out. That would result in the high rpms during driving, the slow acceleration and the burnt clutch discs.

Does the transmission get noticably hot when driving?

it acts up when the car or i guess the tranny gets hot like after the first 20 minutes of driving and shifting

If the transmission is getting hot enough for you to feel it through the shift boot then its definately overheating, a cause of which is a half engaged clutch. Sounds like your clutch pedal needs to be readjusted. I would change the gear oil in there while you're at it.

The rod on your clutch pedal needs to be adjusted. It happened the same way in my car, but it took longer and wasnt as bad. If you know a little about turning a wrench, then you can do it yourself. Drive the car around until it starts to slip. Then climb under the dash and find the rod that attaches to your clutch pedal. Also the pedal should be really tight, mine was. Loosen the jam nut on the rod and turn the rod counter-clockwise until either you here the fliud release or the clutch pedal frees up. I think your problem has something to do with having air in the lines and when it gets hot, it expands and slips the clutch. If the adjustment doesnt work, have the lines bled at a brake shop.

Might just be the disc spinning around on the flywheel. Any actual grinding going on in the gear box would probably be felt through the shifter.

It's defenetaly not fried by the beginner, I learned on a 10 year old clutch and it's still good.
