Question 99 Ultra Problems

After replacing the battery, the car would not start. It cranks alright with the new battery but it appears like the fuel pump is not working. I have check the fuel pump fuse and is ok. The mileage on this car is 102k. Any advice would be appreciated.

After after replacing the battery, the car will not start. It cranks alright but it appears like the fuel system is shut off. Security symbol shows and "Unknow Driver" error appears. I have used both keys.
