Keyless entry question
I just got a keyless entry/automatic start kit. I am wondering if anyone knows if it is at all possible to install it when i do not have automatic door locks. Like is there something i have to get installed first?? Please answer ASAP

Re: Keyless entry question
You should be able to install the remote start feature, but with out the power lock "kickers", you can't use that function. They can be installed, but it would not be cheap. Maybe just one for the driver's door would be a good compromise.

Re: Keyless entry question
Goto www.bulldogsecurity.com and look up your car's info. Doorlocks are pretty cheap to do but wouldn't recomend for the first timer.

im working on installing my own that i just got so, it is possible, is it for the weak of heart and mind.... not at all. i know my way around cars and it is still turning out to be a bit of a challenge.... but, if you have the correct wire diagrams to go by then it is possible, maybe not plausible, but possible...
