Unhappy Help 91 Wont Start

I have a 91 toyota camry and the hood was off while it snowed..(my hood was in the shop getting painted) but i put a tarp over the engine and over night the tarp blew off after that it pilled up with snow and the engine is now covered with ice. I took my air intake off and cleaned it out made sure there was no snow in it and i tried to turn it over a few times it started up but it wouldnt stay running a couple days later i tried it again when it was a little warmer and now the car turns over but now when it turns over the whole intake blows right off the engine and then it dies so anyone have any clue whats wrong and is it blown or is it just froze up or is it actually just way to cold??

"when it turns over the whole intake blows right off the engine and then it dies"

What does that mean "intake blows right off"?

Anyway, like I said before, you got ice and snow all over the electrical connections. Forget about it working correctly until you clean off the snow, warm the thing , and dry out the connections. I don't recommend you even trying to start it in its present state because there is a risk of damaging electrical parts by having shorts, etc. These machines have complex electrical systems. Try blowing it with hair dryers if it's warm enough around there. Just don't freak out
