HELP please 1987 gp door's wont open

my doors wont open on my 1989 gp
i changed the relay under the glove box (no help)
the automatic lock button works ( inside the car ) driver side
i can only open my doors from the inside
any help on why i cant open my doors from the outside ??
i pull the door lever and nothing its like

and to top it off my key wont come out of the ignition

any help would be kind and helpful
