Front Bumper Assembly

I need to know how to reassemble the front bumper on a 2000 Windstar. Is there any sort of manual or knowledge base that contains the technical information I might need?

Re: Front Bumper Assembly

Check out the free vehicle specific repair information that you can find at www.autozone.com

Also, the same website has a link to www.alldatadiy.com
This is a subscription based service that is about $25 (US) for the first year and about $15 (US) each year thereafter. The subscription is for ONLY one vehicle....although you can add additional vehicles for additional cost. They include a bit more information than the autozone site, although the autozone site gives a lot of information and photos. The Alldata site also includes TSB's from FORD. I use both sites and recommend the subscription if you plan to hang onto the vehicle...
Even if you take it in for service....It gives instructions, and estimated time / costs so that you have an idea of what to expect.
I use it to help me determine 1. IF I should do the job myself.... or take it in. 2. How to do the job.

Body information IS included.
Take note that there are collision sensorS in the front bumper assembly. These are part of the air bag system, so follow instructions carefully to avoid deployment of your airbags.
