96 accord VS 94 camry

I need a car that is good on gas, and will not break down. Proformance is not an issue now. I have narrowed it down to 2 cars...One is a 1994 Camry LE...100,000 miles...The other is a Honda accord Lx...120,000 miles...I know hondas and toyotas are both good cars, But out of these, Which one is better? While proformance is not really my concern, Is the honda or toyota faster? Both are auto, and have cloth interior...The accord is sliver...the camry is dark green...I wanted a pocket rocket, but i need room...

Re: 96 accord VS 94 camry

i'd take the toyota because of the lower miles and the fact that honda is not known for their automatic transmissions while toyota's tend to be pretty good.

Re: 96 accord VS 94 camry

I have a 96 Camry V6 LE; 115,000 miles, not one problem yet. The suspension sucks compared to the Accord's, but everything else is rock solid.
