Harmonically stuck

I have a 1995 dodge neon. It is currently in a shop at the school I work at. I am having them replace the water pump, and the timing belt. The shop teacher told me that he is having a difficult time getting the harmonic balancer off. Has this happened to anyone, or does anyone have any ideas how to get it off?

You are doing it the wrong way.You need to use a 3 jaw puller to pull the harmonic balencer off.screw the harmonic balencer a little bit

Re: Harmonically stuck

where can I get a 3 jaw puller? The teacher told me he has to pull off the harmonic balancer to get the timing cover off to get to water pump.
