bmw 323i console brake light sensor

BMW readers,
I recently did a brake job on a 1999 323i replacing the rotors, pads, and brake sensors but I haven't found a way to reset the dashboard brake warnng light. I thought this was an automatic reset but suspect it may be a manual process. Thanks in advance for your help...
