HMOTORSONLINE.com SWAP B16A 56K maybe ok!

Hey, not really 4thgen related but hey thats why its in the Off-topic forum!! I recently purchsed a B16A-II Swap for my 95 teg. Dont ask why! I just did. I must say that this is THE CLEANIST ENGINE i have EVER seen!!! In fact its much cleaner than my kitchen counter-(ok well you get the idea!) Ordered the engine last tuesday night and it arrived in missouri on monday (Didnt get it till today because i had work and no one was home. Well anyway had the engine pulled today from my teggy. Engine was 2hrs late!-Ugh figured because of the holidays. Anyways EDI express was the courier. Great company came on a truck with a pallet jack. They moved it to the right spot next to the car!! Unwrapped the pallet.-Secured with 2 metal bands on top of a good amount of foam wrap and cardboard. Engine looked Beautiful! Had the engine lifted directly off the pallet and moved right into the teggy. After about 3-4hrs of work got ready to crank it up!!! After about 30 sec of cranking it started right up!! Ran Great. Had NO broken sensors, etc! No codes etc. Was kindof mad that it was a auto engine, but i dont believe that makes a difference in 2nd gen SiR motors. Here are some pics of the engine and of course me.. As the flinstones engine. Enjoy!

Re: HMOTORSONLINE.com SWAP B16A 56K maybe ok!

Yeah it wasnt that much more than average dealers. I might have paid a little more but hey It has like 99% positive feedback on the dealer!
I paid 900 bucks for the longblock, 250-shipping to saint louis w/residental delivery so the bring the pallet jack, and 34 bucks tax-since i paid via credit card instead of other method.

All together total was $1184.00-not too bad i must say. Just need to find the right ecu, because the stock 1.8L p70, or p75, not sure. It makes the engine run a little rich! and no vtec.--hmm gonna try to pass emissions tommorow-doubt it will pass tough.
Oh well if anyone has a OBD1 B16a ecu 5spd (P30 or P72) hit me up PLEASE!!!!

AWWW i feel touched. Ami must have moved it from the o-t to here. aww thanks

no but really it runs great, had some adjustments to make-(idle, etc.) but nothing major! Engine has great compression, all at least 200+ I just have to say that its fricking clean, makes the dirty transmission look bad.
