Re: o2 sensor tips
Run the car for 20 - 30 minutes until it warms up naturally instead of forced heat like that. That's how I busted mine lose.

well there isnt no tips or tricks.. just keep bustin your nuts til it comes off.. 92RS had a pretty good idea there.. you could give that a shot.. Just make sure when you put it back in, to use Anti-seize on the threads.. BTW.. just curious, if your not replacin it, why you takin it out?

Re: o2 sensor tips
cough cough wd40*
i sprayed some today let it sat for 5 min, it came loose like it's wasn't even resisting me, too loose. if you have a hard time reaching it...use an extension..no space? use an adjustable angle whatever...i hope it helps... Anyway, i'm about to pull a stunt /w my o2 sensor, somebody please stop me. i'm about to scrub the white stuff off my o2 sensor with hot water and a toothbrush, does this improve my o2 sensor? ----added--- oh yeah dude you don't need to warm up yo engine.. cold engine or 30-60 second idle is good enough |

Re: o2 sensor tips
i've grabbed my headers after 30 seconds of warming up , they didn't seem the slightest warm , but a puny engine is probably different.
