91-Passat GL WONT START

One day after not driving the car for awhile I went to the post office and when I came out the car would not start. I took out the battery and the starter and had them tested and they are fine. When I turn the key it makes a sort of clicking noise like the battery is getting power, but nothing else happens.

I'm sure this is totally unrelated but I know nothing about cars so I'll tell you everything: there was also a radiator hose that was leaking antifreeze.

I would really appreciate your help.
