Need a chip - volunteers? 86' TPI

I dropped an '86 305 TPI into my Jeep. Modifications are as follows: Bored 40 over, large breather into MAF, opened up exhaust ports and matched to 1 3/4" tuned headers, 2" tubes with crossover through high flow muflers to end, Erson cam 64* overlap - AD 280/288 - DL @ .050 208/214 - VL .420/.432 - LC 110+4, Manual 465 Muncie, Final gearing to tire size ratio stock, no cat or smog pump.
When first installed with modified stock wiring harness we had a 'floating ghost' ground. intermitant but troubling then went to a Howell harness to solve the problem. Before we did sometimes the performance was great (pretzled 2 drivelines and shattered u-joints with tires on dirt) torque and HP were not the problem it just didn't run well most of the time. Now it runs OK but gets really crappy gas milage and has the performance of a grannys car.
Need help!

I have the ability to burn chips for the TPI's But... burning a chip for a vehicle you aren't able to drive and datalog is a shot in the dark.
If you are really interested in getting your tune right and have a laptop you'll first need to do some data logging and see what exactly is going on with the computer.
I can point you in the direction to get things going if you are interested.

On this page http://www.moates.net/index.php?cPath=31 You'll need the G1 memory adaptor, 52 Aries 28 pin zif socket and C1 Atmel 29C256 chip (2 ea).
And from this page http://www.moates.net/index2.html get the schematic titled "2 transistor", get the ECM852.zip software and ARAP bin EPROM image (unaltered): ARAP
UPDATED ARAP-compatible WinBin ECU file: 6Ev009
With the "ARAP" and $6E mask you'll be doing away with the cold start injector (this is a good thing)
Build the 2 transistor cable, and use the 852 software to monitor your ECM (it is scanner software)

It looks like the Winbin site is gone...I can E mail a copy of it to you when you are ready for it. Winbin is the software for editing the bin file (the program on the prom that runs the engine)
