My check engine light was on so i had som1 with the machine that tells you the code test it and thats the code we got i called the dealership and they said it was theEvapore System and it would cost 100-200 dollars....Would this have anything to do with my newly installed Head Gaskets and intake manifold?

More likely when you released the fuel pressure to replace the fuel injectors and fuel rail, that caused the code. I usually get the same code telling me its time for a new gas cap. Try that first by checking with AutoZone - ask them if that code can generate from a leaking gas cap.

Gas cap...like the place where i pump gas into or somwhere on the engine?
