Clutch Issue..

I've recently found that for x-mas my car would like a new clutch.. least i believe the signs point to that. In any gear when i try to accelerate the rmps increase with no real gain in speed. Not to mention i also have this clicking noise when i hold steady at one speed.
Does anyone have a recommendation of what i should get. I've looked around for new kits an such and i dont know what i should get mainly. Is LSD something it should have and whats the difference with stage 1 and 2?

95 Celica ST 1.8L

Motor has about 75k on it and the car has 150k
If you need more info to help, just ask

Exedy Stage 1, sound good? How much of a pain would I be looking at to add an lsd to the tranny. (is the payoff worth the pain?)
