ABS Light/Code Help

Okay, I can see the common thing to do on here for ABS Problems is to just disconnect the ABS. Well, I'd rather fix mine, at any cost. My Astro is in mint condition and I want it to stay that way (minus my ABS woes).

Anywho-

I get the following ABS Codes:

Code 22 - Missing RF Speed Signal
Code 65 - Open or Shorted Pump Motor Relay

Okay, so I'm assuming that Missing RF speed signal means that the passenger-side front speed sensor needs replaced.

But Code 65... Any ideas what that could entail? Does it need a new pump, or could it be something less serious? Thanks for your help in advance!

Eric

Re: ABS Light/Code Help

No expert on the ABS units... However, when it comes to the ECMs, fixing the cause of one code will often clear more than one. They tend to cascade....

I'd check all leads going to the ABS pump for frays and loose connections regarding code 65.

ok... so screw it... I'd rather disconnect it... at any cost...

How do I do it? What wires do I disconnect, or is it a fuse?
