Driver window

My wife's window track or whatever broke when she was rolling it down and we had to have it replaced. The motor was fine we had to replace the track and it's 3 wires. Anyway, when it was put on the window doesnt seem to want to go all the way up into the seal. It only goes a little bit in so if you wash your car and spray directly at the window there is a slight leak. Is there an adjustment or something that can be made?
