Monentary spark then nothing!!

91 Z28 350 tpi with a momentary spark through coil for about 2-4 seconds. Wait 2-4 minutes then the same thing happens again. SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT STAYS ON WHEN KEY TURNED! Any suggestions?

Vats disabled
New Ing mod
New coil
MSD ( Tested works great)
