automotive paint survey

How do you rate the different brands of paint, such as PPG, DuPont, Matrix, House of Kolor, etc.? Paint durability, shine, toughness, cost, uv resistance??? What is your favorite for refinishing your musclecar?

My family ownes a body shop and out of all the paint brands, DuPont has worked the best for us. We have tried ppg and radience, and a few others, but it seems like DuPont it alot more durable, and easier to work with. Painted my 67 mustang with it and it looks great.

We like Glasurit BASF but is the most costly. I tried them all a few years back on some show fenders and Glasurit performed the best for spray gloss, colorsand, mil thinckness and polishing. If you are on a budjet then 400 plus per gallon with not work but if you want the best then pull out your wallet.
