Question Where is the "data link connector" ???

Hi guys, been lurking for months.

My keyless entry/remote start stopped working (98 Silverado Z71 5.7L) so I replaced the battery in the key fob and now it does nothing. Yeehaa. Anyway found the instuctions here to resprogram the doors but I dont know where the DATA LINK CONNECTOR is? Under my dash?

Thanks.
