Question EFI relay?

I have a 92 grand am with a 3.3L v6. It wont start for atleast 45 minutes after it has been shut off. It starts with starter fluid, then dies. I heard it could be the EFI relay, the temp sensor, or the crank sensor.

I read the codes and all i get is 26(quad driver fault) and 27&28(gear switch circuits). So can i eliminate the temp sensor and the crank sensor since i didnt get the code for either one? Where is the EFI relay located? Theres about 5 relays in a black box hooked to the firewall, if one were the EFI, how would i know? I DESPERATLY NEED SOME HELP ON THIS, I NEED MY CAR REALLY BAD.

If it is starting with starter fluid, then you obviously have no fuel getting in. (By the way, fuel injected vehicles don't like starting fluid, especially aluminum blocks) I assume you have checked all your fuses. When you first cycle the key without starting, can you hear the pump priming at the rear of the car? It will be a noticeable humm for about 5 seconds. I'm not 100% sure, but I assume the fuel pump relay is going to be one of the relays under the black cover mounted to the firewall (center of the engine compartment). If the pump is priming, then it could be low fuel pressure.
