Just another Reminder...

I know everyone gets sick and tired of these, I always did until yesterday, but oh well.

Seriously people....never never ever drink and drive. Just yesterday, with my family on our way back from a neighbouring city, we were passed on the highway by a couple of young guys in an AE91 Corolla SR5 at about 100 MPH. Concentrating on giving us the finger (for some odd reason....) instead of driving, they hit the soft shoulder, over compensated, slid sideways, over compensated again, slid the other way, drove into the ditch and flipped twice in the median. Luckily, they were both basically OK (cuts and bruises...pass. broke his arm), and there we plently of people around to stop and help. The police and ambulances arrived (maybe cell phones aren't so bad anyways ) and took them away. But, there were empty bottles in the car, and now they're in trouble...screwed for life. Higher insurance, DUI fines, written off car, etc... Scared the s*** out of me, especially when I walked up to the car and saw the two guys in it...that's when it hit me that they are real people and could have died.

I don't have too much of a problem with excess speed, just as long as the driver is 150% sober and paying 150% attention to driving. Just never ever drink and drive...I heard all the stories before and they never meant anything...now I know what can happen.

Anyways...hate to ruin the mood

Oh yes. They don't fuck around now with DUI's, you get in some serious trouble with those.

I have no time for them, i have lost 2 very close friends because of these wankers that want to drive after they drink.

Then what makes it even worse, when they are all smashed up in hospital and can never work again because of there injury, they want the poor old tax man to help them out.....F*** THEM, LET THEM ROT IN HELL !!!!

It's good that people still are aware and care about those things. I won't be a drunk Driver seeing as I don't even drink.

Drinking and driving is obviously a stupid thing to do. People who do should be held responsible including murder 1 if someone is killed or attempted murder if they are injured. No more of this weak ass manslaugter stuff. Put them away for 20+ years and they wont be repeat offenders for a long time.
