Re: Sup guys turbo Question

and it was probably done on race fuel too

i got a very nicely setup EVO b16g and i'm not even worried about HP #'s. for those who ask i say a bit over 330. seems a nice round number. mostly i'm concerned about having everything fully supported and being able to run as much gas and air as possible without knocking. that is more of what you should be thinking of too. this is a very intermidate turbo, the last stop to the big boy's. getting this setup right is the open door to strap on a bigger one. but please do not put it on without a TON more knowledge about what you are doing. you WILL blow up your motor.

Re: Sup guys turbo Question

You can bolt that turbo up with your current mods (assuming you have an aftermarket boost gauge and a boost controller), but I would keep the boost at about 14 psi. After that, you desperately need to do SOMETHING with your fuel. I'd say either a walbro 190, or just re-wire your stocker for the time being. Next (better yet, before you bolt on this turbo), I'd go with either a 2.5" or 3" downpipe... Actually just go here and read the appropriate mods you will need to reach your goals - http://www.dsmtuners.com/tuning-guide/2gturbo/

Enjoy!
