86 runner power steering problems

hi guys i noticed there is water in the power steering and i wanted to know how to drain the oil. is there a plug?? and where. it cold out lol.

No drain plug

There is no drain plug but there is a "return" line to the side of the reservoir. Disconnect it and attach a tube to a jug and flush the system since water will sink that's about the best way to purge the system.
Don't let it run dry just keep adding fluid as you turn the steering wheel.
Careful you will be dealing with a lot of fluid real fast!

Next time you POWER WASH that engine compartment cover that cap with a bag.

Not good

That's even worse if that water in the PS system is not antifreeze!
Toyota sells rebuild kits for the pump does not include the bearings tho.
