auto-bumps in 4th when throttle pushed

93 si h23 auto, when i push throttle in 4th it makes a little bump like the converter lock-up disingages. it didn't used to do this. everything else seems ok. could this be the throttle sensor? what gives?

youre not saying enough information and so it could be something about the throtle.... but then it depend on your engine load and speed. check your trottle valve linkage and make sure its adjusted properly.

it does it on cruise too. as the throttle is opened, i can feel a little jerk or bump. other than that it runs smooth..??
