98 explorer lights???

my dash lights dont work when headlights are on.....radio works but doesnt illuminate....cig lighter has no power....passanger side headlight doesnt work on dim.....checked and tested all dash panel fuses and under the hood...tried replacing headlamp bulb with new but still doesnt work...replaced headlight switch and still nothing????

Sounded like you had your dimmer turned down too far until you said the passenger side headlight didn't work in dim.
