Question Rear Shocks on a 98' Sport, HELP PLEASE...

I have a 98' Sport and I have recently tried installing new shocks on it. I got Monroe Sensa-Trac's, the fronts went on with very little problems. The back however is another story. It doesn't matter that I used the impact gun or anything, the bottom bolts just wont move. Short of using a blow torch, what else can I use to loosen the bolts? Its the ones that have to be reused on the new shocks, so I am trying not to destroy them. So if anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it, please post. Thanks...
