Location of the car battery for a 99 Chrysler Sebring convertible??

Where is the battery?

Battery location

The battery is located inside the wheel well in front of the drivers side tire. You have to remove the tire, remove a couple of screws holding the inside of the wheel well in place. Whoever designed this should be shot! I asked a salesman at a chrysler if he knew where the battery was and he was clueless!

Thanks, found the battery!! Picked a new one up at Sam's club and replaced it. The engineer who desigend the location of the battery was smoking something that day!!
