replacment of dash lights

i have an e36 318se and i want to replace the console lights i.e. under the heating controls, the 2 roller things under the steering wheel and the electric window lights.

I have upgraded my speedo to a xeon blue backlight one and it roks, but the rest of the lights are dirty orange and i need to chnage them, any one got ne idea how to access them and what bulbs they are? I could always use a gel if the are permantly fixed in
