Changing turn signal buld

How do you get the turn signal light assy out??? I took the screw out that looks to hold it to the van right by the hood stopper but it was either stuck or something was holding it in like a clip or another screw??

Sometimes it takes a little more force than one would think.I have a 2000 and it takes a little elbow grease,but they do come out
