Break dash light doesn`t come on when ...

i pull the parking break, light works 3 seconds when starting up but won`t stay on if park brake on.And another thing the winshield wipers stay on all the time after using on position and coming back to off position, is it the relay or just the switch, is it expensive to replace? anyone any advice pls, thanks in advance.

start at the relays then go to the switches most likely that it is the relays.

Check the brake fluid level in the master cylinder. If it is low, also have your brakes checked out.
