Key buzzer

Hello,
Does anyone know how to disable the key buzzer
on 1997 olds bravada....thanks for any info,

The key buzzer is located under a panel next (left) to the ashtray.
remove the 9/32 screws that hold the panel on and you will see it. It is a black box approx. 1 inch x 3 inches. It just snaps in next to the flasher relays.
