Daylight Headlights on '01 Civic

I've recently bought a 2001 Civic LX that seems to have daylight headlights that don't work. Is there a way to make them work? Thanks.

Not sure what your talking about?
Do you mean Day Time Running Lights?
If so well our cars dont come with such an option.....
