heating/heat system problem
alright, another problem I thought I'd ask you guys about.
When I turn on the AC in my car, cold temp, all is fine. But when i go to turn on the heat, actual hot air only comes out of the left side vents(top/bottom), and middle ones, no hot air comes out of the right side bottom and 2 tops. What I've been doing is just closing those but I'd like to find out the problem and fix it. Any help appreciated! THANKS GUYS! 99' special edition, 4.7 v8

Sorry to be the beare of bad news. BUT, you have fallen victim to a poor design by Jeep. Welcome to the club. Your problem is most likely caused by a broken blend door behind the dashboard. The door inside the vent is stuck in the A/C position. About $600-800 to fix since the whole dash has to come out. Do a search on the forum, there have been SEVERAL post about this problem. Mine has been broken for 2 years now.
