Question swapping engine...

I have an 87 Thunderbird with the 3.8L but the motor is shot.
What would it take to swap it out for a 302?

Time is not a problem, and I can get a late model 302 for around $$600, other then the enginemounts, ecu, and wiring harness, what other parts would I need to get??

I've never tried one myself, there's not enough Excedrin in the world. Might want to post over on www.tccoa.com. I'm sure someone there has at least attempted it.
