strong vibration
Hello everyone,
Just got a 2001 taco sr5 trd 4x4 been riding great then all of a sudden, I get a strong vibration and noise when geting up to speed and it continues up to about 65mph then goes away. I though it was unbalanced tires, had then redone, just as bad. The vibration stops if I clutch in at speed but reurns when I reengage the clutch.--No warning lights. I have a 5 spd manual. WHAT GIVES--ANY IDEAS?

it sounds like the u joint on the drive shaft. how many miles are on the truck?
I had that happen to me on another car, and one day I was driving and BAM. the drive shaft u joint broke apart. I had about 100K miles at the time.
