98 Silverado starts but will not stay running

My 98 Silverado, 350 will start, run for a second and then die. Acts as if it is starving for fuel. Fuel pump went out and I have replaced it and the filter. What do I replace next? HELP!

It probably has a factory security system that has a problem.
