Where is fuse/relay for heated seat in 2000 chevy 1500 PU?

I just cant find it. Heated seats dont work. cant find a fuse or relay. manual says there is a relay in utility block near parking brake, but there is only a connector. help!

Try the Silverado forum, this forum includes questions only in regards to C\K pickups up to 1998.
