Re: lift kit?

You can go to a local auto parts store and by lower/lift blocks with u-bolts, nuts and washers for like $30, and if your front has torsion bars you can just crank them up and get things to put in between your spring coils to raise it more! It's not that hard!

Re: i need a lift kit

blocks will not work to lift if it is like my 86 4X4. The rear leaf springs are under the axle. I used the bolt on helper springs for a long time. When I broke a leaf I had them rebuilt with extra 3 inches of lift. I cranked up the torsion bars in front but had to cut down the rubber bumper stops.

I considered that at first but then the rear was too high and the front would not crank up enough to make it level.
