Wiring diagram for 1990 Galant needed. HELP.

I have a Mitsubishi Galant made in October 1989. I need a diagram of a starting circuit. PLEASE help.

It has a weird connection problem. All elements work fine separately, but the car doesn't start! I need a diagram with components location charts. Any suggestions?
