I would say working on your exhaust system and intake would be a great start. invest in some OBX headers with a downpipe and a cat back exhaust. running no cats is also possible but I hear the engine light will go off because of the sensors, but don’t quote me on that one. An intake is also a guaranteed HP producer and can be bought at pretty cheap prices on ebay. they may no be AEM or Comptech but they definitely do the job and can be found for extremely low prices. I’ve got a 2003 cl type s 6 spd with an aem intake and magnaflow axleback exhaust and the difference is incredible. never dynoed but I could feel (and hear) the difference very quickly. hope this helps,
Andy

Headers are the most amzing thing on the J32A2 motor. They can get ya an extra 40+ HP at the crank. Meaning u'd be running around about 300HP. You feel it pull like mad at 4,500rpm and up when VTEC comes in. Best investment is headers, and next either AEM or Icebox intake. Icebox is good for (says comptech's dyno) 14HP at the crank. These 2 mods will have you flying. As for the headers don't plan on spending less than $800 and that's for a used set. You can get an Icebox for prob under $200 though. As far as the Navi, it's not meant to play DVD's, and i don't know that there is a firmware update to make it.

Edit: The first things said assuming you have the J32A2 motor, which would mean a CL Type S, If not then you have a J32A1 and your at a baseline of 225, which headers would still bring you impressive gains. (i.e.- to about 268HP or so)
